3. RHYMING COUPLETS

The heart fell to the floor then it flipped, and it flopped on the floor
There was knick, and a knack then there was a knock at the door

The heart on the floor was like a fish out of water on a dot
The knock at the door sounded like a shotgun on the spot

They picked up the heart and put it on some cold ice
The knock on the door was just a big pair of cold dice

They rushed the cold heart to the donor
They returned the cold dice to its owner

Good use of rhyming couplets and alliteration. You did a good job with the simile as well.
